Wild Bucket is not responsible for messages that are undeliverable or delayed due to transmission via the Internet. Wild Bucket is not responsible for the number or content of messages sent to users using the text messaging Service. Wild Bucket is not responsible for any charges incurred by users for usage of the Service. Your Mobile Device Carrier may or may not charge additional fees other than standard text message fees. Please consult your mobile device carrier or ask us to at Questions@WildBucket.com. At this time, Wild Bucket is not aware of any additional charges from mobile device carriers for use on its Service. We will post our findings here as they become available but are not required to do so.

You may be assessed fees by your mobile device carrier for sms or mms text message service and per message fees. Wild Bucket does not currently charge users any per message or per usage fees for it WildBucket.com service. Please contact your mobile device carrier for information on fees you may be charged from them for the use of the WiuldBucket.com service. Wild Bucket is not responsible for any and all fees you may incur for use of any of its services including but not limited to mobile device service fees, internet access fees, or any fees involving any hardware or device requirements to use the WildBucket.com service.

Assignment
These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Wild Bucket without restriction.
