Is there any cost to me to receive messages?
Wild Bucket will never charge you or bill your carrier for messages sent to you. You will be billed by your mobile device carrier for text messages received. If you have unlimited text messages you will never see a cost.
I got my passcode sent to my phone. What do I do now?
Wild Bucket is a double opt in list provider. You must log in with your phone number and the passcode we sent to you in order to complete your registration and start receiving messages from the lists you subscribed to.
I’m already on a list but I want to be on more.
How do I sign up for more lists?
It’s easy. Log into your account and add the lists you would like to join. Since you have already confirmed your account you will be immediately included on your new list choices without having to confirm those choices.
How do I stop all messages being sent to me?
At any time you may log into your account and select “Update Profile” then select the box for ”Opt-Out (stop sending me messages)” and click the “Update” button.
To stop messages from a certain list you may log in and choose “Change Subscriptions”. Then deselect the selection box for the list you wish to unsubscribe from and click “Confirm” to complete your change.
Can I sign up a friend for a list they would like to be on?
No, each user must be in control of their account. They must go through the registration process and choose the lists they wish to be included on.
Why does Wild Bucket need my Age, Gender and Zip Code?
We need this information to help our List Managers send out messages that more specifically apply to you based on your Age, Gender and Area Location.

How do I sign up a list for my business?
Click the “Start A List” button at the bottom of any page. Complete the registration process and Wild Bucket will initialize your list in 24 – 48 hours.
Are people already on my list or do I need to build my list?
The Wild Bucket Text Messaging Product is a highly effective marketing platform due to the direct request of users for your advertisements. Users must request to be included on your list for you to send them messages. This is achieved in many ways. You may include your URL (WildBucket.com/YourBusiness) on your advertisements to direct people to sign up for your list. Wild Bucket also drives traffic to the website and to your lists. One great way to sign up users for your list is to send out an email blast to your current email list inviting your current list to receive messages on their phone as well.
Can I remove people from my list?
Under normal conditions, No. Users are in control of their account and which lists they are subscribed to. Wild Bucket will work with you to resolve any issues and may remove a user due to inappropriate use.

All users of Wild Bucket will receive occasional update messages from Wild Bucket when necessary, and they may be chosen to receive messages sent from clients wishing to send to all Wild Bucket users. Wild Bucket will carefully asses each global send to ensure no list is compromised due to a message sent from Wild Bucket Staff.
Where can I get promotional material?
You may print up any material you choose to promote your Text Message List. You may use the Wild Bucket Logo and Colors for your promotional campaigns. You may also order promotional material from Wild Bucket at discount prices.
Does Wild Bucket help me build my list?
Yes, Wild Bucket places advertisements in many different medias to drive traffic to the Wild Bucket Website. You may also choose to have Wild Bucket develop Marketing Campaigns specifically for your business and have that campaign completed by Wild Bucket or our Affiliates.
I’ve run out of Message Send Credits. How do I get more?
You may purchase more Message Send Credits from your Message Send Screen or by contacting Wild Bucket directly.
What happens when I send a message?
Your message will be immediately sent to the recipients you chose. Also your message will be listed on the Recent Messages list on the Wild Bucket home page and your last 5 messages will be displayed on your profile page showing users what type of messages they will be receiving when they sign up for your list.
